Q4 2023: Czech industrial market

The total volume of modern class A industrial stock increased to 11.71 million sqm in Q4 2023. Prague and the Central Bohemian region is the largest submarket with 37% of all space, followed by the Pilsen region with 15%, the South Moravia region with 12% and the Moravia-Silesia region with 10%.
