iO Partners delivered a 15% savings for iskald and expansion rights, enabling the company to launch a new project.

Challenge

After almost four years in Garbe Industrial Park in Senec, isklad reached its full warehouse capacity. To accommodate its growing fulfilment services, the company decided to expand and enlisted iO Partners to facilitate the process.

Approach

iO Partners conducted a comprehensive search for a building that could meet isklad’s requirements, be cost-effective, and be well-located with highway access. A crucial requirement was the technical standard and utility capacity to support the planned automation of the new warehouse. Based on client input regarding location, timing, and required warehouse area, iO Partners requested proposals from a number of relevant developers. The process involved three rounds of tendering, considering all aspects, and included personal meetings with shortlisted developers to discuss isklad's vision and concept.

Results

Through careful negotiation, iO Partners was able to secure more space and attractive lease terms with isklad’s current landlord. This mitigated the need to move while giving isklad the space it needed to launch a new project. What’s more, this helped achieve savings of 15%.
