How iO Partners enabled Allianz’s relocation and workplace strategy

In an effort to improve its work environment, financial services company Allianz made the decision to relocate its headquarters. To navigate the sale of its current building and negotiate the best possible lease terms for its future property, Allianz appointed iO Partners. 

iO Partners initiated the workplace strategy by conducting a thorough analysis of Allianz's workplace needs. The insights obtained from this analysis informed the design and spatial plan. At the same time, the team started looking for a new headquarters for Allianz and played a crucial role in selling its previous property. iO Partners identified interest from the US Embassy and managed the entire process, including project management during the construction phase.

Through the dedication of iO Partners, Allianz was able to secure a new lease with advantageous lease terms while successfully disposing of its previous property to a specialised buyer. Allianz was so satisfied with the team’s work that it contracted iO Partners to optimise its real estate portfolio across Slovakia, which comprises 17 properties.
