Challenge
To accommodate a growing engineering team, Adobe was relocating its offices to a larger space. Recognising the advantage of working with seasoned professionals, the company appointed iO Partners to oversee the move.
Approach
iO Partners provided comprehensive project management services, starting with support for building selection and design management, followed by the general contractor tender process, and continuing through to project close-out. The team supervised ongoing work and handled all technical and financial issues in collaboration with the landlord, international designers, and contractors.
Results
The team’s dedication has played a key role in getting Adobe’s second-largest office in the world ready for move-in, which is predicted to begin in 2025.
