Revamping Huawei’s office through project and development management

Huawei aimed to renovate and enhance its existing office space and canteen in the prime office hub of Afi Lakeview, Bucharest. With ambitions of creating a modern working environment that would boost employee well-being, the information and communications technology company entrusted the iO Partners team.

iO Partners provided project management and quantity surveying services to coordinate the design and construction activities. The team conducted regular construction market surveys to offer current insights into local construction services, labour, materials, equipment costs, and economic factors affecting the project.

Taking just 17 months, the project was completed to a high professional standard within the desired timeline. The newly refurbished space aligns with Huawei’s operational requirements as well as its work culture.
