KPMG successfully resizes and modernises its premises with iO Partners

KPMG, a leading provider of tax compliance services, decided to resize its office space to better align with its evolving business needs. The challenge was to assess and meet the requirements for office space, technology, and culture while ensuring a seamless transition for all teams and functions.

iO Partners' Workplace Strategy team took the lead in assessing KPMG’s business requirements regarding office space, technology, and culture. They facilitated the reallocation of teams and functions based on co-defined space plans. Simultaneously, the Trep and Project and Development Services teams completed the leasing agreement and provided comprehensive project management for the design and build phases.

KPMG now has a strategically designed and zoned office space that meets its current needs and future goals. iO Partners oversaw the entire process of designing and building the new office space.
