Creating a future-proof workplace strategy for Curium

Approaching the end of its lease, pharmaceutical company Curium faced a business-critical decision: to remain in its current location or relocate. With ambitions of creating a modern office space that encourages office attendance, the company sought the expertise of iO Partners.

After conducting a stay-versus-go analysis, the iO Partners team set to work on producing a comprehensive workplace strategy to transform Curium’s current office space into the modern one of its dreams.

Following careful assessment and research, the team presented a new design that incorporated a wide range of spaces to foster collaboration, socialisation, and focused work. The flexible concept was also designed to be easily applicable to other office buildings, accommodating potential future relocations.
