Q4 2023: Budapest industrial market

The total modern industrial stock in the Greater Budapest area reached a total of 3,487,800 sqm by the end of 2023, with a modest 1.2% increase compared to the previous quarter and an almost 12% rise year on year. During this period, four new buildings providing 40,370 sqm space were delivered to the Greater Budapest market.
