Prime retail supply stood at ca. 2.2 mil sqm by the end of the last quarter of 2023. Bratislava region accounts for the majority of the stock, representing approx. 34%. In the last quarter of 2024, OC Tehelko, a retail gallery with 9 thousand sqm of GLA was added to the market.
