Q1 2024: Bratislava office market

Currently, there is over 2.09 million sqm of A+, A and B grade office premises on the Bratislava market. The A+ and A class buildings represent 56% of the market share and B class buildings represent 44%. During the first quarter of 2024, no new office building was completed.
