Q4 2023: Slovak Industrial Market

By the end of Q4 2023, the total modern industrial and logistics stock in Slovakia stood at ca. 4.21 mil. sqm. Leasing transactions totalled 169,100 sqm, representing a 10% q-o-q decrease in rental activity. The vacancy rate has slightly increased from 1.85% in Q3 2023 to 2.17%.
