Q4 2023: Prague office market

In Q4 2023, the office sector was the most active, accounting for six investment transactions worth €110 million (56% of the total investment activity). The largest transaction involved the Churchill Square project, where ČMN acquired a 25% stake from CFH for approximately €40 million.
