Q1 2024: Slovak industrial market

By the end of the first quarter of 2024, the total modern industrial and logistics stock in Slovakia stood at almost 4.36 mil. sqm. There is over 275 thousand sqm of new logistic space currently under construction. Approximately 85% of total under-construction space is already pre-leased.
